I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . The free airport shuttle was quick and efficient, a very convenient service. My room was a good size, providing sufficient space for luggage and relaxation. I appreciated the various seating areas and nooks available in the gardens. I enjoyed a salmon dinner at the outdoor tables.

I noticed the curtains did not block the outside lights very well.

The hotel provided a free shuttle to the airport. This service was very convenient. My room was clean. The facilities were modern (i especially liked the gym).

The reception staff did not seem very friendly. I was charged for a late check-out. There were no clear signs indicating this policy. The drinks were overpriced. There was no bacon available for breakfast, i had to ask for it.

i gotta say, the air conditioning sounded like a dying walrus. they sent someone to fix it, i think he tightened a screw. noise still there. eventually, i just asked to be moved, took long enough. they acted like i was asking for the moon, you know, when really they should have offered it sooner. i would say, room transfer, noise issue
